Del Monte Schezwan Sauce is used in the majority of Indo Chinese food. It gives an exclusive taste to Chinese noodles, rice and other dishes. It is noted for being hot, strongly and spicy flavoured. Chilis are used in big quantities – regularly unseeded – with spicy flavoured vegetables such as onions, garlic and spring onions.
